Requirements

Candidates should have experience in 24x7 production operations, supporting highly available SaaS or cloud services, and cloud infrastructure environments like AWS or Azure. Experience with SIRP, SIEM, IDS/IPS/WAF solutions, containerized application security, release automation (Jenkins), system administration, configuration, debugging, scripting languages (Ruby, Python), configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and command execution frameworks is required. A strong understanding of system and networking concepts, troubleshooting techniques, interpersonal and teaming skills, and the ability to operate in an agile environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will implement and operate global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure, working proactively with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments. They will implement and maintain operational security for SailPoint products, improve security through collaboration, and implement tools for automating security. Responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert on operational security, handling on-call incidents, collaborating with developers to securely deploy new features, working with cybersecurity to meet SLAs for vulnerability and misconfiguration remediations, and developing/improving operational practices and procedures to meet information security and compliance standards.
