Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with excellent communication skills and the ability to understand strategic vision and be a team player. They must demonstrate the ability to multitask, embrace new technologies, and have experience with highly available and scalable SaaS environments. A broad understanding of development, web operations, and SDLC is necessary, along with a technical foundation in Linux systems administration, container workflows like Kubernetes and EKS, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, scripting languages (Python and Bash), cloud computing (AWS, OCI, GCP), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and configuration management (Ansible).

Responsibilities

The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, develop, and deploy infrastructure automation solutions, manage Kubernetes clusters and resources, and automate and optimize cloud infrastructure. They will stay current with trends in Kubernetes and public cloud, provide best practices and guidance for Public Cloud usage, and work on automation and continuous integration processes using Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Git. Responsibilities also include evaluating development procedures, recommending and implementing tools for efficiency, collaborating with other teams to understand application functionality and assist with automation tasks, providing support on Incident Response, and contributing to and maintaining documentation for knowledge sharing.
