Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics engineering role, preferably working with third-party data sources or customer integrations. Advanced SQL skills are required, along with intermediate Python skills for data validation and automation. Experience with modern data stacks like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery and tools like dbt is necessary. Strong attention to detail, a passion for data quality, and excellent communication skills are also essential. Bonus points for experience mapping external schemas, familiarity with version-controlled analytics workflows, exposure to data observability tools, and understanding of dimensional modeling.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will work cross-functionally to integrate MLS data into the company's data layer. They will design and execute validation checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining SQL pipelines for data reconciliation, partnering with Analytics Engineering to refine data models, and analyzing anomalies to proactively surface data quality issues. The role also involves building dashboards and reports, creating playbooks for customer data onboarding, and participating in the growth of the Data & Analytics team.
