Requirements

2+ years of experience in customs processes and law requirements in HU
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
English knowledge is required

Responsibilities

Handling the administrative and documentation aspects of importing and exporting goods
Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
Preparing and processing necessary paperwork
Facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders
Collaborating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance
Managing customs import/export of goods (including export shipment invoicing, if applicable)
Cooperating with forwarding companies and customs brokers
Issuing requests for classifications (RFC)
Preparing, verifying, and updating procedures and work instructions for customs processes
Participating in development, effectiveness, and reorganization projects for internal needs
Monitoring and controlling temporary import and export
Supervising the preferential origin process, including preparation of preferential origin calculations and certificates
Monitoring and updating the archive
