The Senior Customer Success Manager will focus on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts, developing and executing strategies for large accounts with low ARR. They will proactively identify and mitigate risks by rallying internal stakeholders to address customer issues promptly and optimize customer sentiment. Building relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding customer business needs and hiring plans, and defining success outcomes for partnerships are key responsibilities. The role also involves acting as an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate business expansion with Deel.
