Requirements

  • Live within a maximum 80km radius of Medtronic office in Heerlen, the Netherlands
  • Bachelor’s degree (or at least MBO+)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and order management
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office: Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility to take on additional tasks
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure / cope with stressful situations
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented
  • Pro-active team player with a distinct drive for execution and results
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to build lasting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Support all day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes such as processing, monitoring, following up on, and invoicing orders
  • Record, analyse, follow up on, and solve dispute situations like complaints, returns, etc
  • Efficiently answer sales team and customer requirements such as information requests, lead times, shortages, and dispute solving, both on the phone and per e-mail
  • Execute tasks for the most critical business groups within Medtronic, with operational support directly impacting patient lives
  • Serve as the single point of contact for business contacts for the execution of OTC processes, within a cooperative relationship
  • Other duties may be assigned
