Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, acting as their internal champion and advocating for their success. You will collaborate with customer success, sales, product marketing, and communications teams to identify and craft customer stories that support go-to-market initiatives. Furthermore, you will own and elevate the Customer Advisory Board by deepening engagement with strategic customers and partners, and contribute to the overall growth and retention of Webflow’s customer base.
