The candidate should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across business units, solve problems pragmatically and creatively, and demonstrate proactive, dynamic, and result-driven self-starter qualities with strong attention to detail and project management skills. Familiarity with global operations across multiple time zones and cultures, along with outstanding interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all business functions, is also necessary.
The Senior Contract Manager will partner with team members and stakeholders to provide contract negotiation support, minimizing legal risks and advancing partner ecosystem business goals. Responsibilities include managing, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements such as partnership agreements, licensing deals, distribution arrangements, and strategic alliances. The role involves developing and maintaining standardized agreement templates, processes, and policies to streamline legal support and contract workflows. Additionally, the manager will support intellectual property and compliance matters related to technology integrations, APIs, and partner solutions, monitor contract performance and renewal timelines, and assist with due diligence processes for potential partnerships. Building necessary processes, systems, and documentation to improve legal department contract management is also a key duty.
