Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, copywriting, or a related field, with B2B experience preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong understanding of English grammar, structure, and punctuation; and working knowledge of design principles and methods, along with familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Invision.
This role involves leading UX writing, actively participating in cross-functional teams to create content wireframes, information hierarchies, and prototypes; developing product-level content strategy using data and insights from customer research; contributing to team projects such as enhancing the design system, style guide, and terminology standards; advocating for user-centric design to ensure content is user-friendly and accessible; and possessing experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, as well as participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
