Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in Data Warehousing (Azure/SQL/Synapse/Spark/Delta Lake), ETL (ADF Pipelines/SSIS), and a strong understanding of data integration pipelines. Professional certifications to support MCA Connect’s partner designations are also required.

Responsibilities

The Data & Analytics Senior Consultant will lead project implementations, drive innovation, upskill and mentor junior teammates, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement. They are responsible for leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting client requirements, designing and implementing dimensional models, designing and building Power BI Reports, Dashboards, and Apps, presenting solutions, identifying optimization opportunities, mentoring junior resources, leading working sessions with clients, and overseeing project teams. Furthermore, the role involves troubleshooting BI solutions, designing Azure DevOps backlog and sprints, obtaining professional certifications, driving new revenue through successful delivery, and learning Master Data Management techniques and Data Governance processes.
