Définition de nouveaux modèles opérationnels pour End to End Supply Chain : nouveaux réseaux logistiques et gouvernance (transport/entreôts), processus associés, évolutions de postes et compétences avec solutions digitales (Industry 4.0)
Mise en place de processus et solutions de supply chain planning, control tower, transports, warehousing : du design à la mise en place avec équipes Deloitte Technology
Définition de nouveaux modèles opérationnels pour Manufacturing : nouveaux réseaux de production, processus associés, évolutions de postes et compétences avec solutions digitales (Industry 4.0)
Mise en place de processus et solutions de MRP, MES, GMAO et plant control tower : du design à la mise en place avec équipes Deloitte Technology
Gestion de projet : sur le contenu et le plan financier
Présentation des recommandations : construction, organisation et gestion des réunions/ateliers clients
Participation au développement et à la montée en compétences de l'équipe via partage de connaissances
Participation à la création d'éminence et partage via publications et événements extérieurs
Contribution aux appels d'offres et au développement commercial du Cabinet
