Degree from an engineering school, business school, or university

Certification on Workday solution (e.g., PM, HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Comp, Time Tracking, Peakon, Adaptive Insights, Prism)

Pilot transformation projects and programs
Ensure compliance with Workday's technical and functional architectures
Prepare and participate in business workshops
Accompany clients from strategy to operational implementation
Manage project teams to deliver innovative solutions
Manage relationships with Deloitte Delivery Centers
Participate in the design and deployment of Workday solutions
Participate in change management activities: preparation, animation, follow-up
