Responsibilities
Lead and deliver comprehensive total reward benchmarking exercises, providing clear insights and recommendations that align with business objectives
Manage and support the annual reward cycle, ensuring salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions are executed accurately and on time
Drive the gender pay gap reporting process, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering insightful analysis to senior leadership
Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and business leaders to implement reward initiatives and communicate changes across the organisation
Analyse market and internal reward data to inform strategy and decision-making
Manage and coordinate annual reward cycle activities, including salary reviews and bonus allocations
Handle reporting and compliance activities, such as gender pay gap analysis and legislative monitoring
Engage stakeholders, prepare presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes
