Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, specifically on projects involving new construction, mechanical systems, renovations, upgrades, or new fit-outs. Familiarity with industry project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCADD, Revit, Prolog, Kahua, and experience coordinating with project stakeholders, contractors, architects, and engineers are also required.
The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead teams and train internal staff resources, oversee construction management and owner’s representative duties across multiple projects, provide support in project planning, procurement, design, and project completion, interface with clients to define project requirements, review schedules and deadlines, lead the construction quality assurance process, monitor project design and construction efforts, conduct comprehensive reviews of contract documents, manage relationships with government agencies, clients, and external partners, assist in proposal development, and participate in industry events and organizations.
