Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience with compliance standards such as CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), CIS, and HIPAA. A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and at least two relevant certifications (e.g., security, compliance, project management) are required. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft capabilities in Azure and Office 365, including the Purview Compliance Portal, is also necessary. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compliance Consultant will develop and deliver compliance solutions, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients navigating risk management frameworks. Responsibilities include authoring and augmenting compliance artifacts such as policies, plans, procedures, and milestones. The role involves interviewing client personnel, conducting security assessments, presenting findings, and providing educational material on compliance. Additionally, the consultant will assist in standardizing service offerings, conducting compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses, and developing policies and procedures for clients.
