Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in security compliance and/or security engineering. A deep understanding of major compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and GDPR is required. Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages are necessary, along with experience translating compliance controls into technical implementations and conveying technical concepts to various audiences. Experience with SIEM/SOAR products like Splunk, Securonix, Google SecOps, or Elastic Stack is also required. Bonus points for experience with data analysis platforms, relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC), open-source contributions, published research, or SOC experience.
The Security Compliance Content Engineer III will build the next generation of compliance reporting within security platforms, viewing compliance as an engineering challenge rooted in real security outcomes. This role involves designing and building high-fidelity framework-aligned content that provides operational value beyond basic compliance.
