Requirements

The Lead, Credit Risk Manager should have experience supporting the Head of Credit Risk & Analytics in developing a robust, data-driven Credit Risk Management capability. This role requires day-to-day ownership of the Credit Risk Management Framework, including the development and oversight of credit risk policies, credit risk monitoring, and executive-level risk reporting. The manager will be central to identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling credit risks, ensuring risk insights inform business growth, capital allocation, and Board-level decision-making. A strong understanding of global credit risk regulatory frameworks and the ability to maintain current knowledge of them is essential.

Responsibilities

The Lead, Credit Risk Manager will maintain, update, and embed the Credit Risk Management Framework (CRMF) across all business units, products, entities, and regions. They will develop, implement, and maintain credit risk policies, procedures, and standards aligned with global best practices to support scalable growth and meet regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring credit risk Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), delivering regular risk reporting and insights to the Executive Committee and Board, and conducting portfolio analysis to identify trends and vulnerabilities. The role also involves leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance portfolio monitoring, early warning signals, and predictive credit risk capabilities, partnering with data teams to improve credit risk models and forecasting, and ensuring all credit risk processes are compliant, transparent, and auditable.
