Compensation Analyst

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and demonstrate at least three years of experience in compensation and equity analysis, with a strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and MSUs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in data management and reporting. Familiarity with securities laws and regulations is also necessary.
The Compensation & Equity Analyst will manage the day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans, processing equity transactions accurately and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will maintain detailed records of equity grants and exercises, prepare and distribute reports related to equity compensation, assist with audits, and reconcile equity plan data. Additionally, the role involves filing Forms 3 and 4 for Section 16 insiders and staying current on changes in regulations and best practices.
