Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of data and analyses produced by the department
  • Participate in improving processes
  • Manage CRM, produce reporting, and handle commercial activity analysis requests
  • Participate in developing commercial analysis tools and propose solutions for their reliability and optimization
  • Collect, analyze, and clean data to guarantee quality via dashboards and reporting for internal clients
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders involved in missions to better understand and anticipate needs
  • Ensure complete management of the incentive/prime process
  • Contribute to defining sales objectives in line with commercial strategy, marketing (new products), and account forecasts
  • Analyze and monitor quantitative objectives
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative objectives
  • Implement processes and controls to ensure profitable growth objectives are met as part of the Strategic Capabilities team
