Previous experience in technical support for an RDBMS and familiarity with database release management are required. Candidates should also have experience working in a 24x7 environment and handling technical case escalations and incident management.
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will provide technical solutions to complex problems for Snowflake customers through email, web, and phone communication. You will adhere to response and resolution SLAs, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and utilize the Snowflake environment to investigate issues. Additionally, you will document known solutions, report bugs and feature requests, partner with engineering teams to prioritize customer requests, and participate in various Support initiatives.
