Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, along with experience working in a customer-facing or consulting role. Strong understanding of complex business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements are essential, as is experience with system configuration changes, data migrations, and activating new product features. The role requires troubleshooting system issues and providing timely solutions, as well as the ability to develop and deliver training materials and analytical reports.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Cloud Software Consultant, you will proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices, understand complex business processes, perform system configuration changes and data migrations, activate new product features, troubleshoot system issues, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions. You will also create analytical reports to support business decision-making, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and occasionally travel to the Veeva hub in Budapest within the EMEA region.
