Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as an engineer building full-stack web applications within a cross-functional team. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets is required, along with 3+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker. Furthermore, 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers are necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer II, the individual will develop and implement scalable and performant solutions, partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps using Agile processes, mentor and coach more junior engineers through pull request reviews, and proactively address complex challenges within the healthcare industry. They will also contribute to designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes, optimize data systems and infrastructure, and build continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
