Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS solutions. Experience with AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, communicating the Vantage value proposition and vision. They will partner with Account Executives to understand the customer’s journey and validate the proposed solution, proactively engage with the Vantage product team to prioritize features, and communicate technical details and configurations to customers via various channels, including Zoom, Slack, and email. Additionally, they will drive technical escalations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and subscription.
