Candidates should have significant experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, employee or customer onboarding, or similar service delivery, with bonus points for HR professional services or hands-on HR operations experience. Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and the global employment landscape is required, along with demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and manage escalations. Experience designing and managing customer workflows, creative problem-solving skills, comfort with SaaS platforms, a polished professional presence, a process-improvement mindset, and commitment to documentation are essential. Full fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a bonus.
The Senior Client Services Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams on all onboarding-related topics, providing expertise on compliant global onboarding practices. They will manage onboarding processes for enterprise-level clients, execute and evaluate employee onboardings to improve service quality, and manage service delivery for onboarding operations. This includes responding directly to customers and employees via the Help Desk or partnering with the Customer Care team when needed.
