Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand client needs and pair solutions to create success
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and implement plans to grow the number and impact of solutions in each account
  • Drive sales growth, with annual net sales goals of $5M to $10M (customized onboarding based on experience)
  • Grow client accounts to sell the full suite of Woodard & Curran services
  • Provide consultation to clients and project staff
  • Prepare written proposals, presentations, and budget quotes
  • Negotiate terms of service delivery
  • Maintain account relationships to create revenue growth
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop offerings and positioning pieces
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings
  • Work with project managers, practice leaders, and senior technical staff to scope and develop solutions and ensure healthy, evolving client financial relationships
  • Become part of a team focused on growing Private Sector market share
