Requirements

  • Expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics

  • Proficiency in analyzing data (Visa and client data) to form conclusions, benchmark performance, and identify gaps/opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with data science teams, hub teams, global teams, and functional experts
  • Skills in developing and presenting compelling project reports and recommendations using VCA methodologies, frameworks, and global best practices
  • Capability to draft client project proposals, oversee project setup (contracting, stakeholder engagement, workplans, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management and problem-solving frameworks for implementation support
  • Ability to identify client project opportunities and contribute to account plans
  • Capacity to create/maintain analytical models, produce thought leadership, and develop practice areas

Responsibilities

  • Draft client project proposals, clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles, and responsibilities
  • Oversee project setup including contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, workplans, interview guides, client data requirements, and vendor SOWs
  • Develop fact base through client interviews and analysis of documentation/processes
  • Analyze Visa and client data to benchmark performance vs. industry averages and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with data science team for advanced analytics
  • Collaborate with hub/global/functional teams for subject matter expertise
  • Identify solutions/recommendations addressing client objectives using VCA methodologies and best practices
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations for findings, ideas, and recommendations
  • Support implementation of VCA recommendations or client initiatives
  • Identify and surface opportunities for client projects for account plans
  • Create, develop, and maintain analytical models/methodologies for VCA offerings and IP
  • Build knowledge, surface insights, and produce thought leadership for practice development
  • Prospect and deliver projects in aligned practice areas, contributing to practice development
