  • 3+ years’ account management experience in a digital or full-service agency
  • Expertise across SEO, SEM, and Social Advertising (at least 2 of the 3)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for 7-8 high-profile clients, building trusted relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, digital check-ins, and proactive communication
  • Support channel teams with strategic direction, ensuring every initiative aligns with each client’s overarching business goals
  • Act as the project manager - scheduling work, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery across teams
  • Oversee campaign delivery across channels, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met
  • Identify and present new growth opportunities that deliver measurable impact for clients
