Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, and have at least 10 years of experience in CAD and PDM management, with a strong background in hardware and industrialization engineering. Experience with complex robotic systems and product development lifecycles is essential, along with a proven ability to define and enforce engineering guidelines and release frameworks.
The Senior CAD and PDM Manager will be responsible for the overall CAD and PDM tool landscape, including defining engineering processes and system maintenance. They will support mechatronics-driven project development by optimizing CAD and PDM systems to improve the scalability, reliability, and quality of robot production data, and integrate scalable engineering and production processes.
