Requirements
- Located in or near the NYC area (in-person role at NYC headquarters)
- 3+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst, or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high-growth tech company
- Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital (preferred)
- Proficient with SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights and tailor communication to any audience
- A good person who fosters a positive culture
Responsibilities
- Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business, understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace
- Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders and collaborate across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmap
- Drive improvements in operations with stakeholders across marketing, sales, account management, etc
- Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and financial planning for the business
- Prepare board materials and similar presentations
