Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in data analysis. Advanced experience with big and complex datasets in large organizations, demonstrated experience solving diverse business challenges using data analytics and visualization tools, and proficiency with healthcare-related data and regulatory concerns are essential. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior and executive audiences are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include advanced skills in SQL, SAS, or comparable data systems, and previous experience in Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced data solutions using leading BI tools to collect, integrate, analyze, and present data for actionable business information. This role involves solving complex business issues through deep analytics and evaluation, facilitating scrum events such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, and serving as scrum support for the BI project team. Responsibilities also include facilitating team productivity and flow, developing clear data visualizations for senior leadership, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with organizational goals and improve consumer experiences.
