Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or software industry. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders are also necessary. Comfort with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will engage with potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through marketing activities, qualify leads by assessing their potential and readiness for sales conversations, initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects via phone, email, and other channels, collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process, accurately update and maintain records of all interactions in the CRM system, achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets, provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness, and stay up to date with UiPath’s products and industry trends.
