As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UiPath, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers in Korea who have responded to UiPath’s marketing activities. You will serve as the initial point of contact, building relationships and preparing leads for sales engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in Korean.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • CRM Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information about their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions.
  • Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities).
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide detailed information.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
