Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technology or software company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Cantonese. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders are required, as well as an understanding of the sales process and the ability to qualify leads effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in English are necessary, with additional language skills relevant to the APJ region being a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Representative at UiPath, you will engage with prospects by contacting potential customers who have shown interest in the company through marketing campaigns. You will qualify leads to assess their potential and readiness for sales conversations, gathering relevant information to understand their needs. Initiating conversations through various communication channels and collaborating with the sales team for a smooth handover of qualified leads will be part of your role. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, and provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness while staying updated on UiPath’s products and industry trends.
