Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AEs, SAEs, and RDs to identify and research key decision-makers and target accounts
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other resources to gather insights on prospects’ areas of interest, key initiatives, and pain points
  • Document all prospect information in HubSpot for personalized outreach and for use by the sales team
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn to connect with and engage potential leads
  • Support sales campaigns by reaching out to prospects generated from conferences and marketing efforts
  • Create and execute cold outreach strategies tailored to individual prospects
  • Apply a structured qualification framework to assess lead potential and ensure only high-quality prospects are passed on to the sales team
  • Track and document all activities, including prospect interactions and qualification status, within HubSpot
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Findhelp’s platform as a solution to address their challenges
  • Use consistent follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with prospects over time
  • Schedule qualified meetings, product demos, and Findhelp overview sessions for AEs, SAEs, and Regional Directors
  • Provide clear documentation of all interactions, including relevant prospect context, contact, and discussion history, for seamless handoffs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads and activities in HubSpot, tracking calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and opportunities created
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points
  • Share valuable insights with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and product positioning
