Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop a multi-sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities and manage it effectively
  • Build robust relationships with potential clients
  • Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model and offer tailored solutions
  • Prepare sales reports, manage the tender process, including pitch preparation and contract negotiations
  • Contribute strategic insights to shape the future direction of efm
  • Work cohesively with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers
