Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is desirable
  • 8+ years of sales/presales experience in IT system and/or IT services
  • Strong customer/partner relationship skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience in server systems, orchestration systems, cluster and job management systems and/or AI/ML Ops
  • Proven experience in building partner ecosystem and strong business outcome
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts for across members in partners and customers
  • Passion for winning, strong interest in business strategy, excellent collaboration skills, self-starter, self-confident with integrity and accountability, highly motivated
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong listening, problem solving, written, verbal, social, and presentation skills
  • Good English communication skill in email and video conference. Proficient Japanese communication skill is must
  • High degree of intellectual flexibility and track record of successfully growing penetration for new innovative technology based solutions

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the revenue growth and pipeline generation in DGX and DGX Cloud Lepton working closely with internal and partner sales representatives across Japan
  • Develop the business growth strategies with Go-To market plans, competitors and market analysis, customer targeting, building a robust partner ecosystem including co-selling partners, system integrators, cloud partners, working closely with various groups such as product team, vertical and account sales, solution architects, marketing and partners
  • Opportunity management – working closely with sales, partners and sales operations for accurate revenue forecasting and reporting pipeline status
  • Provide the necessary support for the successful completion of the opportunities, involving headquarters members
  • Deliver the latest information of product and services to sales and partners for sales enablement and demand creation
  • Lead promotions such as making success stories, digital marketing and presentation in public event to accelerate adoption of DGX/DGX Cloud Lepton in the field working closely with partner and marketing team
