Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. A strong understanding of system design, process documentation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required, along with proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, draw.io, Jira, Confluence, or MS Loop. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as RPA, Automation, ML, and AI, along with good English communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities, are essential. Certifications like RPA Business Analyst, UiPath Certified Professional, or PSPO are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and conduct in-depth process analysis, creating documentation like the Process Definition Document. They will collaborate with developers and testers, create knowledge transfer documentation, and break down requests into user stories and acceptance tests aligned with sprint cycles. Responsibilities also include managing work tickets in Jira, monitoring emerging technologies (RPA, Automation, ML, AI), and actively participating in Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.
