Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a higher qualification, with 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Proficiency in the card processing industry, technical skills in C#, MSSQL, or equivalent database query tools, and experience managing cross-team projects are essential. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required, along with familiarity with agile methodologies (LEAN, AGILE SCRUM/SAFE) and Waterfall project management. Experience in Data Analytics and relevant certifications like CBAP, PMP, or CSPO are advantageous.
The Senior Business Analyst will create requirements, manage work prioritization, and define acceptance criteria for development teams, leveraging payments industry knowledge. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system gaps, automating manual processes, improving security, and evolving team processes based on Agile best practices. The role involves contributing to future roadmaps, leading change management and release processes, and fostering a sense of urgency for timely project delivery. Key duties also include maintaining alignment between product management, development teams, and customer service, negotiating product offerings with stakeholders, leading agile ceremonies, crafting product documentation, and advocating for user experience.
