Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Business/Data Analytics, Business Administration, or similar field
5-8 years of experience working in a technical function
Track record of excellence through academic tenure with balance of academics, projects/internships, and extracurricular activities (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to articulate complex problems clearly
Stakeholder management skills with experience dealing with multiple teams and delivering complex projects (preferred)
Individual contributor with bias for action and rigorous attention to detail
Entrepreneurial and first principles thinker
Ability to understand technical concepts on SaaS offering via cloud (AWS), APIs, pub-sub architecture, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with drive to learn and adapt to new and ever-changing project demands

Responsibilities

Elucidate and document detailed client requirements, technical specifications, and solutions to translate client’s functional needs and map them onto Zeta’s product landscape
Assist in conducting in-depth solutioning workshops with clients to understand their systems, applications, data models, and processes
Assist in coordinating with various product and program managers across the Tachyon product platform to arrive at needed solutions and feasible, optimal approaches for all business requirements
Work with product teams to ensure the comprehensiveness and correctness of the delivered solution
Work closely with clients to assist them in adopting the Tachyon platform and solutions effectively
Assist with integrations using APIs, Events, batch files, and data extracts
Help debug client issues
