Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive Comcast experience
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives
  • Team with support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast services effectively
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles, own customer experience, participate in Net Promoter System, drive results, and work as a team
