Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience
  • Team with support staffs to drive end-to-end customer sales and revenue growth
  • Stay abreast of products, competitive landscape, and technologies to position Comcast effectively
  • Own the customer experience, prioritize customers, and promote products/services
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and feedback
  • Drive results and growth while respecting company principles
  • Other duties as assigned
