Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives, including departmental financial and unit targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience
Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance prospect communication
Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
