Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to provide optimal solutions for customers
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Conduct consultative process to identify areas enhancing prospects' internal/external communication
  • Manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own customer experience; be an enthusiastic learner/user/advocate; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System; drive results and growth
