Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement and experience
  • Lead social and digital campaigns across platforms including social media, brand websites, and e-commerce pages, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery
  • Design and implement automated marketing campaigns based on consumer insights and journey mapping via Salesforce.com; collaborate with CRM teams to drive conversion and retention
  • Propose and manage marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to meet short- and long-term business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Oversee budget planning, reporting, and forecasting; ensure accuracy and achievement of KPIs for new product launches
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs
  • Develop and implement annual brand plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, and promotional activities
  • Support Business Excellence recertification and maintain compliance with corporate standards
  • Address consumer feedback and complaints with actionable solutions
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal, ethical, and corporate safety standards
  • Manage and coach a Marketing Executive, providing guidance and feedback to support project success and professional development
