Requirements

  • 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in OTC or FMCG market; medical and clinical background preferred or experience in nutrition category is a plus
  • Experience in consumer marketing and/or medical marketing in MNC
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Data analysis and project management experience
  • Good presentation skills and oral communication skills
  • Proactive in problem resolving and a team player
  • Self-motivated, creative, and well organized
  • Good command of English

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of all marketing activities related to HCPs and patient/consumer in Vietnam for Nutrition
  • Play a leadership role in HCP and Consumer marketing areas
  • Develop and align the annual marketing plan for different brand positioning and channels, coordinate successful implementation, and grow long-term sales, profit, and market share for assigned products
  • Partner with the Area team to build the annual marketing strategy and plan, and gain alignment across functions and management to achieve targeted sales growth and market share
  • Prepare HCP marketing materials related to nutrition, ensuring timely translation of global/approved materials to Vietnamese
  • Execute HCP marketing toolbox and selling kits, including campaigns and sales tools for sales teams to use with pediatric HCPs/nurse educators
  • Support local and international congresses, forums, and meetings to promote the nutrition portfolio awareness
  • Facilitate team understanding of therapeutic areas and opportunities for Nutrition and new products by conducting medical and product training for sales force; ensure integrity of all training
  • Develop annual medical marketing and education plan aligned with marketing strategies
  • Act as medical and product consultant to sales and marketing team
  • Develop effective feedback loop from the field to support HCP marketing materials and training needs
  • Ensure quarterly product knowledge training, refreshment, and testing for the sales team
  • Design and seek endorsement for effective consumer/patient marketing plan to achieve affiliate goals
  • Understand and infuse global research insights into marketing plans, identify and fulfill research gaps
  • Adapt existing best practice creative materials and content for various consumer touchpoints
  • Localize and execute regional marketing engagements based on global/regional guidance/assets for Vietnam
  • Adopt and adapt HCP and hospital segmentation, and consumer segmentation for targeting strategies and messaging
  • Maintain and monitor a marketing measurement framework covering all aspects of marketing
  • Prepare and align quarterly marketing updates for financial cycles
  • Adopt marketing planning tools from Global and Area to drive strategic management of marketing across channels
