Requirements

  • 5+ years in brand creative, design, or art direction (fashion or lifestyle brand preferred)
  • Strong portfolio of brand storytelling, campaign visuals, and creative direction
  • Global perspective and understanding of fashion and creative fields/trends
  • Hands-on experience with creative design and content production
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative tools
  • Excellent communication skills to work well in a cross-functional team setting, including with Hypebeast overseas teams
  • Time management skills and self-motivated ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Business-level English and Korean preferred
  • Understanding of Hypebeast

Responsibilities

  • Define brand positioning, values, tone, and visual identity for the private label
  • Develop creative concepts for seasonal drops, themes, collaborations, and campaigns
  • Oversee brand identity elements (logos, packaging, design guidelines)
  • Partner with external creatives and collaborators to elevate brand storytelling
  • Identify and pitch potential creative collaborations that align with Hypebeast identity
  • Ensure consistency of creative vision across all channels
  • Keep creative projects on schedule by managing internal and external creative resources
  • Create brand decks and campaign presentations that articulate creative direction
  • Oversee and create content for digital channels (social, e-commerce, editorial)
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for product launches
  • Work with Hypebeast creative/editorial teams to align tone and visual direction
  • Work with HBX e-commerce team to provide key visuals and campaign assets
