Senior Brand Communications Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Brand Communications Manager is responsible for leading and executing integrated communications strategies that engage, inform, and inspire. This role reports to the Senior Director of Public Relations and Brand and plays a crucial role in fostering a cohesive brand narrative across audiences in support of our mission, values, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that reinforce the company's brand internally and externally, and promote a sense of pride and belonging among employees and partners.
  • Create compelling content for communication channels such as social, Slack, intranet, and email, and partner with Brand Studio to develop engaging visuals to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications and Marketing teams to integrate PR and brand efforts with relevant employee and growth campaigns.
  • In partnership with Director of Brand Content and PR agency, develop and amplify thought leadership programs for key SMEs across earned, owned, and social media channels.
  • Liaise with PR agency on interview scheduling, event logistics, briefing materials, and reporting needs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor industry, company, and competitor coverage and platforms to inform PR and social strategies.
  • Create and maintain a calendar of relevant awards for the company, executives, and employer brand, and lead development of award applications.
  • Maintain brand communications calendar inclusive of key PR initiatives, social media campaigns, growth initiatives, and internal communications priorities to ensure visibility and collaboration across teams.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports to track brand health and impact of brand initiatives across PR and social media programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in leading communication campaigns across internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying complex information.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare industry communications.

Compensation

Salary Ranges (United States New Hire Base Salary Target):

  • Zone A: $120,050 - $156,070 + equity + benefits
  • Zone B: $132,055 - $171,677 + equity + benefits
  • Zone C: $144,060 - $187,284 + equity + benefits
  • Zone D: $156,065 - $202,891 + equity + benefits

Note: Starting base salary will depend on factors such as education, training, skills, experience, certifications, licensure, organizational needs, and geographic/market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions.
