Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be CIPD qualified or have equivalent HR experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in benefits and/or compliance-related positions; experience in compensation administration is preferred. Fluency in French, Italian, and/or Spanish is required, and experience working with remote locations is desired.
The Senior Benefits & Compliance Specialist will research and establish appropriate benefit plans for European employees, ensuring benefit plans are clearly outlined and communicated, and responding to employee inquiries. They will make recommendations for cost-effective benefits consistent with firm culture, maintain high quality and timely administration of HR benefit and systems, and work with legal, payroll, and accounting staff to ensure compliance of benefit programs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing leaves and transfers within European offices, preparing related letters and contracts, updating employee manuals, and supporting ad hoc compensation projects and researching market data.
