Responsibilities

  • Proactively develops new client relationships and identifies prospects, creating tailored marketing strategies for targeted outreach
  • Manages sophisticated credit, deposit, and treasury management relationships for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, closely held businesses, and non-profit organizations
  • Identifies and facilitates opportunities across investment, fiduciary, and wealth management solutions beyond banking services
  • Structures and negotiates complex loan and lease agreements in alignment with bank policies and risk frameworks
  • Analyzes and negotiates key loan terms, including pricing conditions, interest rates, and interest rate swaps, ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Committee guidelines
  • Oversees the preparation and execution of loan documentation and ensures accuracy and completeness of financing agreements
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to clients on goals-based wealth management strategies
  • Develops and maintains a strong network of Centers of Influence (COIs), leveraging relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Serves as a subject matter expert, providing in-depth consultation and leadership to colleagues and internal partners
  • Leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that are broad in scope and technically complex
  • Interfaces with senior leadership, committees, and other internal stakeholders to provide insight and drive strategic initiatives
  • Balances day-to-day operational execution with long-term business development and strategic planning responsibilities
  • Mentors junior team members and contributes to the development of best practices within the banking team
