Responsibilities

  • Be the team member that does whatever it takes to remove blockers, move the program forward, and deliver value for customers and the business
  • Develop and maintain delivery execution plans; track progress against timelines and risks to delivery
  • Stay informed alongside product, tech, design, and marketing teams; manage conversations across teams to connect the dots and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Develop and maintain dependency maps; coordinate timelines with dependent teams independently across tech, product, design, marketing, and partners; act as the 'quarterback of delivery'
  • Manage stakeholders: maintain a constant pulse on the current state of affairs, independently connect with stakeholders to set expectations, problem solve issues, and remove blockers
  • Lead delivery prep meetings across the team and stakeholders; develop launch materials and GNG materials
  • Create and distribute systemized status reporting on delivery progress to Product and Tech LT; provide ad-hoc updates as needed
  • Serve as steward of documentation: create structure for defining, executing, and maintaining system documentation for onboarding, federation and contribution models, and intent launch plans
  • Serve as steward of well-managed processes: track and champion processes for tech efforts and for gathering, storing, and organizing documentation for well-managed partners (legal, risk, compliance)
  • Plan and support testing: work hands-on with product and tech to execute test scenarios, provide lift for dev and product teams; own testing documentation, ensure inputs from SMEs, and keep teams on track for launches
