Requirements

  • More than 3 years of sales management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in the field of antifungal or blood
  • Excellent product and disease knowledge, learning ability, and academic promotion ability
  • Insight into competition and industry trends, policies, and business opportunities, with excellent business planning ability, strategic thinking, and innovation ability
  • Excellent cross-department communication and cooperation ability, excellent project design and execution ability, excellent key account development and management ability
  • Excellent leadership, team training, and talent development ability
  • Lead and commitment, in line with Gilead's culture and values
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine is preferred
  • Experience in key target hospital admission is preferred, and experience in regional distributor management cooperation is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional market planning, sales strategy, and management system, effectively manage resources, and lead the team to achieve goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers in the region, establish product brands, and promote product access
  • Establish the academic platform and academic influence in the region, and maintain the continuity and interaction of activities with KA team
  • Cooperate effectively with internal and external business partners to ensure the realization of the company's strategic objectives
  • Effectively lead and develop the team to build a high-performance team of compliance
